You have to get four colors in the right sequence. You click on a color
at the top to put it into the sequence and when you are happy with the
sequence you click the tick at the top. In the four boxes at the top
there will either be nothing, a shaded pi or an unshaded pi. A shaded
pi means that you have a right color in the right place somewhere in the
sequence. An unshaded pi means you have a right color in the sequence
but it is in the wrong place. Nothing means that you do not have a
right color. For example if you come up with only one unshaded pi it
means that you have one right color but it is in the wrong place and all
the other colors in the sequence are wrong.

It is a calculator. The buttons go like this Clear, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, 8, 9, 0, Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide, Equals. You have to make
pi.

If you look back at puzzles 4, 11, 13, 15, 23, and ignore the diagonal
line, there is a grid with the same dimensions (5x6) as the dimensions
of the grid of green squares. And to start those puzzles you needed to
click on one of the grid, that part of the grid that you clicked on
matches up with a green square (e.g. if you click on the grid one from
the left at the bottom then that matches up to the green square one from
the left at the bottom). The topic of each puzzle matches one of the
pictures, you need to put that picture onto the corresponding green
square.

You need to solve the equations for x and y then click that co-ordinate on the graph. Then work out the shaded area.

That's right. Each time it's a different sequence.
